PERFORMERS - 2023 Salamat! Houston Filipino Street Festival

Calling all performers! The Houston Filipino Street Festival is on the lookout for talented individuals and groups to showcase the beauty and diversity of the Philippines to a captivated audience. Sign up now and audition to bring the vibrant Filipino culture to life through music, dance, and art!

Performances must be relevant to the Filipino culture and must represent one of the regions/influences we would like to highlight:

• Luzon
• Visayas
• Mindanao
• American influences
• Pacific Island influences

You/your group's performance must be no more than 15-20 minutes total with ~5-7 minutes for set up/breakdown. 

Important Dates: 

• Festival Open House for interested participants: August 27th, 10am-12PM. Registration required, RSVP here. 

• Deadline to submit complete application: September 1, 2023 11:59PM CST All applications will be carefully reviewed and accepted performers will receive an email notification confirming their participation after registrations have closed.

• Orientation for performers once accepted: October 1st, time TBD
