2021 HOUSTON FILIPINO STREET FESTIVAL
The Filipino Young Professionals of Houston & the Filipino community welcome your participation in the Houston Filipino Street Festival, October 23, 2021.

HOURS OF OPER ATION, SETUP AND TEARDOWN:
- Booth Sizes: 10'x10' or 10'x20'
- Setup Date/Time: Friday, October 22, 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM
- Teardown Date/Time: Saturday, October 23, may begin at 7:30 PM to 9:30PM -- AND -- Sunday, October 24, 10:00AM to 12:00PM
BOOTH SIZE: All booths are sized 10’x10 or 10’ x 20’’. More than one booth space may be purchased if needed. If electricity is needed, purchased an additional $25 (maximum of 2,000 watts). Booths will be placed on a first-come, first-accepted basis (paid). The FYP grounds committee reserves the right to place vendors, as we deem necessary. Tents will not be provided but can be arranged for a cost.
BOOTH SETUP: Booth set up begins on Friday, October 22, 2021 from 3:00 PM to 9:00PM, or Saturday, October 23, 2021 from 9:00AM- 11:00AM. The festival committee will identify a designated area for loading and unloading near the stadium. Non Food Trucks are not allowed inside the field at any time.
FESTIVAL HOURS OF OPERATION: Saturday, October 23, 2021 from 12:00PM to 7:00PM. Booths must remain intact until the festival concludes. Otherwise, a $50 penalty will be assessed on site. Vendors are responsible for their own tables, chairs, coverings, electrical cords, etc. Tent must be secured without impeding fire lanes.
VENDOR ACCEPTANCE: A signed and fully completed food vendor application must be received, a temporary food permit application, if applicable, and payment of all fees must be received on or before September 11, 2021 for Food Vendors. On the other hand, Non Food and Marketing vendors completed application and payment must be received on or before October 7, 2019. Please send a photo of your booth/merchandise to ensure proper placement of your booth and for marketing purposes. Once a vendor is accepted, there will be no refunds for any reason. Your Eventbrite transaction receipt and/ or your canceled check is your receipt of acceptance, you will receive an email confirmation about three weeks prior to the event. We accept all types of arts, crafts and merchandise, however due to space limitations, duplicate crafts and the best interest of all craft participants, the Festival reserves the right to return the vendor’s check, pictures and application.
BOOTH DECORATION: To maintain a festive atmosphere, we highly encourage decorations. The festival organizers will be conducting a booth decorating contest. A gift certificate will be awarded to the booths with the most fun and festive atmosphere.
THEME: We encourage each vendor to have at least 1 Filipino related product.
