Houston Marathon Volunteer 2024
Join our next volunteer event as we distribute Gatorade and water to the marathon and half marathon runners.
Volunteers of all ages and backgrounds are welcome to join us for this event.
Please register on the Houston Marathon website. Enter the password FYPHOUSTON and fill in all necessary information.
Houston Marathon has accepted FYP Houston into their Volunteer Group Bonus Program. Therefore, we may receive a donation as a thank you to a local non-profit, if we have 20+ volunteers complete their shift. (They request each volunteer registers with their own email address)
Breakfast kolaches will be provided and wear a FYP shirt or red for our group picture with comfortable shoes. We will clean up after the last runner passes so it is very possible to end earlier than 9am. Several days prior to the event, the station captain will contact us by email with final instructions, such as parking suggestions.
